1. Our Commitment
We operate on flat-rate, transparent pricing. You are always informed of the cost before we dispatch a technician. We believe in honest, straightforward service — no hidden fees, no surprises.
✅ If we are unable to complete the service we were dispatched for through no fault of your own, you will not be charged.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Service not completed: If our technician arrived but was unable to complete the requested service due to equipment issues or technician error, you will not be charged.
- Wrong service dispatched: If we dispatched the wrong type of technician due to a dispatch error on our end, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Significant delay: If response time significantly exceeded the quoted ETA due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Billing error: If you were charged an amount different from the quoted price, the difference will be refunded immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The service was successfully completed as requested
- You cancelled the service after the technician arrived on site
- The vehicle was inaccessible or in an unsafe location preventing service
- The service could not be completed due to pre-existing vehicle damage unrelated to our service
- You provided incorrect location or vehicle information
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service request at any time before the technician arrives at no charge. If you need to cancel:
- Before dispatch: No charge — full cancellation at no cost
- After dispatch, before arrival: A small cancellation fee may apply to cover the technician's travel time
- After technician arrival: A service call fee may apply

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your service date with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- Date and location of the service
- Description of the issue or reason for the refund request

6. Refund Processing
