By using Reroute Dispatch Solutions services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before requesting assistance. These terms govern your use of our roadside assistance services and website.
1. Services Provided
Reroute Dispatch Solutions provides the following roadside assistance services:
- Jump start service for dead or discharged batteries
- Lockout service to assist when locked out of your vehicle
- Gasoline fuel delivery for vehicles that have run out of gas
- Diesel fuel delivery for diesel-powered vehicles
- Spare tire change and installation
We do not provide towing services. Our services are roadside-only and are intended to get your vehicle running so you can drive it to your destination or a repair facility.
2. Service Area
Our services are currently available in 50+ cities across our coverage area. Service availability may vary by location and time of day. When you submit a service request, we will confirm availability in your area before dispatching a technician.
3. Pricing and Payment
We operate on a flat-rate pricing model. You will be informed of the price before we dispatch a technician. By confirming a service request, you agree to pay the quoted price for the service rendered.
Current Service Rates:
- Lockout Service — $95
- Jump Start — $110
- Spare Tire Change — $120
- Gasoline Fuel Delivery — $85
- Diesel Delivery (10 gallons) — $300
Prices are subject to change. The rate quoted at time of dispatch is the rate you will be charged.
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as offered
- Additional charges may apply for services outside normal coverage areas
4. Response Times
We strive to provide a response time of 30 minutes or less. However, actual response times may vary based on technician availability, traffic conditions, weather, and your location. Quoted ETAs are estimates and not guaranteed arrival times.
5. Customer Responsibilities
When requesting our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate location information and vehicle details
- Remain with or near your vehicle until the technician arrives, or make clear arrangements if you cannot
- Ensure the service location is safe and accessible for our technician
- Provide a valid payment method
- Treat our technicians with respect and professionalism
6. Limitations of Service
Our technicians are trained to provide roadside assistance services only. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing mechanical issues with your vehicle
- Damage caused by conditions unrelated to our service
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control
- Situations where the vehicle cannot be made operational through roadside assistance alone
7. Cancellations
You may cancel a service request at any time before the technician arrives. If a technician has already been dispatched and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your request.
8. Liability
Reroute Dispatch Solutions and its technicians are fully licensed and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our technician during service, please report it immediately. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
